If any part — including the frame or slats — becomes damaged or deformed due to quality-related or shipping issues, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. As a valued Ronzeil customer, both the replacement parts and shipping fees are fully covered during the warranty period.
For additional peace of mind, a 3-year extended warranty can be added at checkout for $69.
Even after the warranty period has ended, replacement parts remain available for purchase directly through our store, and the Ronzeil support team will continue to provide long-term customer service and technical assistance whenever needed.
