    Henry loves his ball launcher he got for Christmas , it works great and I would give 5 stars based on that, but our unit came missing the 110v us adapter for the power supply. Luckily I had a power supply laying around was compatible. Over all excellent product so far!

    Why did you pick this product vs others?: Just helping with my review as I only buy based on those. This machine is a Yes! Only I had to do a bit of a very ugly hack (will make it nicer, we were just trying) and I had to make "the walls bigger" since my dog drops it very harsh and it tends to either bounce or roll around and fall out of the hole. But its pretty sturdy silent and awesome. But would urge the company to make this attachment a real thing and include it, for nonchalant dogs like mine

    My 3 doodles are nuts over this thing. They try to catch balls inches away and keep asking for more. Works best with tennis balls but does well with medium chuck it balls unless they’re too sloppery. Well used and absolutely worth it.

    The ball thrower is wonderful. Our boys love it.
    Even better is the company that makes it. I'm not sure who is in charge of customer service, but they are amazing. I contacted them a year after I purchased the product because we had lost the power cord. I had intended to purchase a new cord, however it was unavailable. The kind person who i messaged sent us a new power cord at no cost! I was shocked! It arrived 4 days later, and our puppies are happy as can be. I highly recommend this product and company!

    Our dog is a fetch machine! She loves this. We have to make her go inside to rest! This is our third different ball thrower and this one is so much better than the others.

    This thing has some distance! Our Goldens love ball and this is great for them. We love that it's wireless so we can bring it anywhere, dogpark, families homes, etc. We even tried it indoors down our long hallway, just turned it down to level 1 and it was great for indoor play on those rainy days. Next step, trying to teach our girls to feed the balls themselves!

    Launch distance varies with a wet or dirty ball & it doesn’t often make it the farthest distance. & our pup still adores this ball launcher & is getting tons more cardio! Battery is great, machine is light & easy to handle.

    The product is awesome, my dogs love it and they’re still work in progress dropping the ball in. Had to reach out to seller for an issue with the were very very responsive and all is well. Great toy for evening play time to tire them out for bedtime. I can even use it indoors in the hallway by adjusting the distance of the ball.

    My dog absolutely loved this tennis ball set. They are durable, the perfect size for his mouth, and hold up really well against chewing and long play sessions. They also have a great bounce, making playtime even more fun and active. You can tell this is a high-quality product made specifically for dogs, unlike regular tennis balls that wear out quickly. Highly recommended to keep your pup happy and entertained!
